Bishopston Schools

Already Ashley Down School in North Bristol has booked in Window Wanderland 2016! At the Downend Road site they want the whole school to get involved 🙂

Local Bristol schools got behind the first Wanderland in Bishopston 2015, they enjoyed presentations and workshops to support whatever they wanted to do in their windows, to take home or put up at school.

At two of the Ashley Down School sites we worked with the Year 3’s, learning about light and shadow on topics they were working on.

At the Downend Road site the windows on Tortworth Road, BS7 were transformed by the Year 2’s into a ‘cracking contraption’  for the Wanderland following their topic of Electricity. They made a display which created Sean the Sheep which looked amazing!

At Brunel Fields they worked very hard on images of their current topic of  ‘India’ and they made some great images to take home and display in the school. If you kept your eyes peeled there were elephants and Taj Mahals on the Wanderland..
